Perfect for quiet moments at home, bedtime rituals or simply taking a little time out, its soft weight rests comfortably over the eyes, helping you relax and enjoy a moment of stillness.

For a warm and comforting experience, remove the inner wheat bag from the faux fur cover and heat the inner bag only in the microwave for 30–60 seconds at 600W. Alternatively, warm gently on a radiator.

For cooling relief, place the inner bag in the freezer for a minimum of 30 minutes before returning it to the soft faux fur cover.
