Shipping policy



We are processing all orders daily and despatching your order promptly using a Royal Mail tracked service.

If your order is a gift, and you would like a special message included for the recipient, please let us know in the notes when you checkout and we will add that for you.

Standard Delivery - Once you have placed your order, we will process it as quickly as possible and send it to you within 5 working days (but could be sooner, which it normally is but state this just in case of a hold up). Oscar and Tilly use a tracked service using Royal Mail.

Delivery Charges: UK orders are charged at a flat rate of £4.95. If you order in quantity and there is more than 1 package to deliver you will be charged for the extra package at the flat rate of £4.95.

For deliveries to the EU and the rest of the world:  this is available on some (ie. non bulky) items, please contact us by email for a quote if you would like your order shipped overseas and have queries regarding shipping.  It is strictly the customers responsibility to manage all of the import formalities including duties and taxes, and recipient must be the importer and account for import VAT (and customs duties if payable) and a handling fee in the receiving country (if applicable).

If items are returned to us undelivered (including failed or refused deliveries), re-importation and shipping costs will be debited from any refund due.  Oscar and Tilly is not responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance process.

Please note that we we are unable to ship to the following countries below due to customs issues:

• Pakistan

• Brazil

• South & Central America

• Africa

• United Arab Emirates (Except Dubai)

• Saudi Arabia

• Iran

• Ukraine

*We do not ship to APO/FPO and PO BOX address and a valid physical address would be required in order to process your order.

We try to keep postage and packing costs to a minimum and offer a speedy and efficient service.

Should there be any items missing or damaged please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order or we cannot be responsible for any missing or damaged items. You must notify us within 10 days if your parcel has not arrived. We will check with Royal Mail on where your delivery is. Informning us after 10 days we are not responsible.
