Refund policy
Sometimes things go wrong and items may not be suitable or damaged items happen, so we are always happy to help and do not want you to be unhappy with your purchase. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to make and set up a return. You must email us on at hello@oscarandtilly.co.uk to set up the return first.
If your item is a gift ie Christmas etc.... then and need an extension of return notice, then please let us know, If you have not done so, then the return policy still stands.
Returns
1. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Your item must be sent back within 1 week of the request.
2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will not accept items that not returned in their original condition or have a fragance smell to them as we are unable to re-sell these.
3. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@oscarandtilly.co.uk. If your return is accepted, you will be given details of how to return your item and where to send your package. We do not offer free returns, items are returned to us at your expense, unless damaged or faulty. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
All items in the sale are at a reduced amount, these items are non returnable.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal care goods (such as beauty products, chocolate, earrings). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases or any lighting. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. By failing to inform us within this period of time we are unable to exchange or refund.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days and will be refunded on your original payment method. It can take 3-5 working days for your refund to show in your account and up to 10 days if paid via PayPal. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
