Founder & creator - Bernie Tewson

Oscar and Tilly is a boutique, hands-on business specialising in indulgent and wholesome products to make your house a home and help you relax and unwind.

Bernie created the idea of Oscar and Tilly over a cup of tea around the kitchen table at her Windsor home after many years of wanting to bring to life her vision of the purely indulgent for mind and home. Inspired by her own love for shopping to create the ultimate 'hygge' in her home, which she shares with her husband and three gorgeous dogs, she decided to bring her vision to life!

After many years of working in the Corporate world, Bernie decided to take the leap in the autumn of 2020, in what can only be described as the most turbulent year our generation has seen.  She began hand-sourcing beautiful, quality, and mainly British made items for others to adorn their homes with, all with the click of a button.

As we begin to spend more time in our homes for work and relaxation, what better time to indulge ourselves or transform our homes and make our own mark on the new 'work life' balance.

Oscar and Tilly's products bring together the finest materials and stunning designs from artisan suppliers and producers across the UK. Every item we stock is expertly made to the highest quality, and we hand pick every supplier we feature on our website.  Bernie's vision is based on great quality, skilled craftsmanship and unique products that everyone can enjoy and be inspired by.

We are super delighted to see some of our products featured in the press recently; our gorgeous Zebra pouch was featured in OK Magazine, our Pamper Gift Box in Heat Magazine and one of our pretty bone china jugs made the edit in Country & Town House's CottageCore trends.
