Goes above and beyond

I was really impressed with the service from Oscar and Tilly. When the mug I ordered for my fiance arrived with a crack it seemed such a shame as it had been packaged so nicely with a lovely note and a small chocolate bar.

I emailed them about it and the owner, Bernie, said she would organise a new one right away, which I thought was great. Then when the package arrived it contained not only a replacement of the cracked mug but also another mug and a large bar of chocolate as a lovely token of goodwill. This was really lovely!

I don't think I've ever felt so valued as a customer before and I would highly recommend Oscar and Tilly to anyone looking for great customer service and special touches.
