Amazing customer service!
Pre-ordered an Elizabeth Scarlett everyday pouch as a gift and received an update from Bernie as soon as she had heard from the supplier as to when she would be receiving the stock. I received my tracking email a few days later and the item arrived today, beautifully wrapped and even with a bar of salted caramel chocolate (my absolute favourite, by the way) with a hand written note from Bernie apologising for the delay! No apology even needed, but what a lovely thing to receive - outstanding customer service! Will highly recommend to friends and family. Thank you Bernie!
